Our History
Florence Music was initiated in 2009 and it is located in the East of Singapore. We are a One-stop music school that provides tuition in various musical instruments such as Piano, Violin, Guitar, Ukulele, Voice and Music Theory. We also believed that music should start as young as four and conducting these classes in group for introduction will be fun and interactive. Therefore for these young beginners, we used the methodology from Australia: Encore ON Keys. It is a holistic programme that develops to a broad range of musical skills that extend well beyond playing the instrument. Encore ON Keys methodology promotes faster accurate learning and encourages students to feel and think in musical units. Thus ensure that students develop musical intelligence as early as possible.
Our Location
We are located at Parkway Centre Level 6 with more than 15 studios equipped for the classes. Our dedicated team of teachers provide comprehensive training to students to prepare them for their music examinations. We are also honoured to be one of the ABRSM examination Centre in Singapore.
Our Aspiration
Florence Music aspires to provide a conducive environment for all music students of all ages to enjoy and excel in the aspect of education and performances. We organize periodic performances, study classes, workshops, camp, and master-classes apart from our regular lessons. This is to instill the joy of learning through interacting with peers and professionals.
We hope to nurture more students in this field and we, the educators were able to see the growing passion that many students achieved in the years of learning which kept us going strong.
